Sourcing precious old vine survival plantings of the 1950s, and coupled with the winemakers non-interventional approach, this beautifully hand crafted Shiraz is reflective of the full flavours of yesteryear. Using partial whole bunch open fermenting and basket pressing into young seasoned oak barrels showcases the expressive nature.
Rich palate of dark plum and raspberries is rounded off with a hint of fine spice.
Enjoyed now but develops over beautifully 7+ years.
